Here is the FAQ that we encounter for your reference.

I've flashed the eMMC, but some hardware feature cannot use?

Please make sure you use the image that we provided, or if you use the origin oficial Raspberry Pi OS, you should install our BSP first. Please refer to Please refer to section: Intall BSP by apt-get to install the BSP package.
